This is Lizzy the lot lizard.
"I Won't Bite"
She was orignaly created to be an antagonist to Harry as the firey-tempered, female member of a street gang called The Lot Lizards. This is some early concept sketches.
Along with her fellow members 8-Ball and Sledge, they would terrorise the town and eventually Harry.
After thinking it over, I decided to scratch that idea. I do plan on reusing Lizzy the lot lizard as Delilah's friend of questionable morals who just does not like Harry. I got a feeling you'll be seeing her in the Harry comics real soon.
